Latha is a successful entrepreneur with excellent leadership and management skills. She is an expert in creating mission critical and time sensitive enterprise applications, solving business problems and creating an exponential uptick in business value to customers. Prior to starting Datum, she has worked with companies including Equifax, ChoicePoint (LexisNexis), Scientific Atlanta (Cisco), and Digital Design Medical Systems. With a B.S. in Electronics and Telecommunications, a M.S. in Computer Science from Georgia State University, and an M.B.A. from Emory University, Latha is passionate about creating powerful companies with deep engineering expertise. She strives for excellence professionally and personally and at the same time motivates others to follow by setting an example. Latha loves everything that she undertakes and lives with her husband, three children, and her parents in Johns Creek, Georgia.

Ram brings in more than 20 years of experience in strategic and tactical leadership. His expertise includes managing business process to achieve maximum results and ensure teams excels in every aspect. Ram drives overall company finances, operations, infrastructure and guides day to day corporate functions. He provides executive oversight for commercial and government divisions to ensure efficiency and cost effective management of resources. Prior to Datum, Ram held various roles with global companies across technology management, strategy and building enterprise applications. Ram holds an MS in Computer Science from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT).

Srikanth joined Datum in 2006 as the HR Assistant. Over the years, his role expanded into finance and operations working closely with the leadership team to formulate strategies that are important for the growth of the company. Srikanth and his team handles HR and financial functions ensuring we have talent, systems and processes in place to constantly challenge ourselves to go above and beyond for our customers and each other. Prior to joining Datum, Srikanth has over 10 years’ experience in sales and marketing, logistics, operations and general administration with organizations in India, UAE, Canada and US.  As a longtime associate, he sees Datum as a family rather than just a place to work.

Regina’s responsibilities include the oversight of the Sales and Recruitment teams for all delivery models, including Staff Augmentation and Direct Hire Staffing, Managed Services/Statement of Work and Technology Solutions. She specializes in creating and implementing processes and procedures to optimize results, while ensuring client and consultant satisfaction. She constantly strives to find unique and diverse solutions to help her clients achieve their business goals. She serves on the UGA MIS Advisory Board, Tech Alpharetta Women’s Forum Charter Member, Georgia Minority Supplier Development Council and is a United Way VIP Alumni. Regina is a University of Georgia Terry College of Business graduate, and she is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Regina gives back to the community by volunteering at the Atlanta Community Food Bank, and she enjoys exploring the Best of Atlanta with her husband and three children.

Mary K. has over 25 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management and Leadership in the Information Technology industry. She has built a solid reputation as a business leader who builds strong relationships using her keen understanding of the importance of establishing trust, educating, as well as providing value for her clients.  Her true passion is to help clients solve problems. She is actively involved in giving back to her community by working with organizations such as, Women in Technology, Habitat for Humanity, Hands on Atlanta, and the Georgia Women’s Business Council. She is currently on the NC Tech Association Advisory Board and is a Charter Member of the Tech Alpharetta Women’s Forum. In her spare time, Mary K. is cooking for the family or hosting college football parties. She holds a BA in Marketing from the University of Mississippi.

Lynn is a seasoned professional in the IT Consulting industry with 20 plus years of experience. As the National Account Executive, Lynn is responsible for building relationships and delivering solutions for our Fortune 500 clients. Lynn has a keen ability to utilize all available resources and tools to expand and grow strong relationships with key decision makers. Collaborating with internal co-workers, business partners and her clients are key to her success. As a result, she establishes solid and trustworthy relationships. Lynn has a bachelors in Business from UCF. She is involved with North Metro TAG and Women in Technology. In her free time, Lynn and her pet therapy dog, Georgia, work with individuals that have developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injuries and/or memory loss. She is also involved in mentoring young adults who age out of the foster care system. Lynn and her family are avid movie goers that also enjoy yoga, hiking and traveling together.
